Membership Subscriptions 1st
April 2012 – 31st March 2013
The
Club Council has agreed that the
subscriptions listed below will be payable
from 1sT April 2012 to 31st
March 2013. (these include Welsh Golf Union
fees and Flintshire Golf Union fees)
If
you do not wish to renew your membership you
must inform the Secretary before the 1st
April 2012.
Members will not be allowed to play in any
competitions after 31st March
until subscriptions have been paid.
All members are reminded of Rule 16 of Rhyl
Golf Club - A list of members who have not
paid their subscriptions or notified the
club of their resignation by 30th
April 2012 will be posted in the clubhouse
and all privileges of the course and
clubhouse facilities will cease immediately.
We
are very pleased to be give discounted
offers to existing members and free green
fee tickets for the guests of Full and 5 Day
members
Due to membership shortfall in some
categories and in order to keep up with
other local offers – we are also able to
offer discounted deals for new members,
Family memberships, 18 -35 yr category and 2nd
Club membership.

Important Notes
1.
By choosing option 3, 4, or 5 you are
committing to a 12 month non refundable
contract.
2. Standing order offer is strictly for a 12
month period and must be set up to run from
1st April.
3. Options 3, 4, and 5 are subject to an
administration fee of £20.
4. Any cheques that fail to clear will
result in immediate suspension of membership
until the payment and resulting bank charges
have been paid back to the club.
The Club Secretary will be available in the
office Monday to Friday 0900 – 1400 and the
Membership Secretary will be available
Saturdays throughout April 1000 – 1300 to
receive subscription payments.
All members will be given a receipt as proof
of payment and a new bag tag as proof of
membership. All players must display proof
of membership at ALL times on the course
e.g. bag tag or a green fee ticket.
At
the time of renewing your subscriptions
please ensure we have the correct contact
details for you – Name, Address, Telephone
numbers and e mail address and if you move
during the year please ensure you keep the
club updated with your details.
All members are reminded of the importance
of having adequate golf insurance please
check that you are covered You may be asked
to prove that you are covered – DO NOT take
it for granted that your household insurance
covers you for liability on the golf course
!
